From Claim Management to Reimbursement Strategy

Manufacturers of medical devices are currently facing many challenges. Approval requirements are becoming stricter, cost pressure in the healthcare sector is increasing and medical devices are becoming digital and networked. These changes influence business models, value creation and thus market success.

In order to successfully bring new technologies into patient care and the market, the manufacturer must know and demonstrate the relevant facts about medical benefit, added value and differentiation. This is the only way to convince patients, customers, hospitals and payers to use the new medical products.

Product Claim, Reimbursement and Innovation

Three experts explain from different perspectives how added value chains are systematically established for medical devices. Practical examples illustrate which approaches make a successful market entry of new technologies possible.

The workshop aims primarily at product and program managers of medical devices. In addition, we address people who deal with the strategic orientation of business fields in medical technology.
